To place an order, download the Rainbow Marketplace app from the App Store or Google Play. Once you've created an account, you can browse products by season, category, or producer. Add items to your cart, customize your delivery preferences, and complete your purchase. All orders are delivered fresh from local producers.

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us immediately at support@r-ainbow.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
